Not happy with Hotels.com Hotel was fine, HOTELS>COM was not. Site rolls booking dates causing me to pay for a non-refundable booking I did not use. Had to pay full rate when I checked in the day I had originally listed. Contacting them by e mail was no help

The stay was good. The hotel room was OK and the staff was quite nice. I would definitely stay there again in the future

Decent hotel for a night stay. Breakfast is just a sake to have nothing special for this range of hotel . For the same cost there are better hotels than this in merrillville

It was comfortable, a relaxing room. The experience was great. I did not like that the room wasnt visibly clean as it could have been.

We were there during the November 21st snow storm that hit the Midwest. The parking lot was managed pretty well but the sidewalks were NOT shoveled which made it very difficult for my mother, who walks with a cane after having a small stroke a few years ago, to walk without slipping or worrying about falling. I know it was a steady and sometimes heavy snowfall but there should have been someone out there trying their best to keep up with it.
