We had paid ahead of time for a queen bed, and when we arrived we were given a room with 2 full size beds, which was disappointing.
Minimal srrvice The hotel is clean but service is not available. They work on the bring it - get it model. Need a towel - bring one to the registration desk and exchange. Its not a bad thing if your willing to participate in the service of your stay.

I would do this again. My stay was fine. I usually use another chain but found your price much more to my liking. Room very clean and I did use the refrigerator during my two night stay. ONLY downside. The towels were not very fluffy: rather raspy and rough. I've lived through a lot worse.

out of town wedding great.! They even left us nice PJs hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Just the right size for both of us to fit in.

Put us all the way in the coroner on the thired floor no glasses in the room no ice machine. Lost money in the vendor machine and they did nothing.and your free breakfast? ? Was so so bad .should of went to la Quintana. .

Quiet place to stay We were in Crown Point to take care of some family business. It was nice to have the option of cooking some of our meals. We were concerned about road noise since we were so close to the interstate. We were pleasantly surprised, the room was very quiet. There is some wear and tear at this facility, but it was very clean. The young woman checking us in was one of the most pleasant motel staff we have ever encountered. When we are back in the area we will most certainly stay here.
Awesome! Located in a great area! The hotel and staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
