Very nice This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel since the renovations. The lobby is clean and brightly lit. The rooms are beautifully redone, very clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff has always been kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Satisfactory for the price The room was very nicely decorated and my daughter and I slept comfortably. Had it not been for the fact that there was a cracker on the floor, unemptied garbage in the kitchen, and dusty and dirty nightstand, I would have rated it higher. When I called the front desk, the person apologized and emptied the garbage. I think she may have been by herself and it takes more than one person to run a hotel.

Clean/adequate Overall good stay. Clean and convenient. Had to wait for front desk attendant to come down and assist many guests.

Overall nice hotel. The only con's are there was a few very long strands of hair smeared in my shower and a random person knocked on my door at 9:00am yelling about something.I didn't make to the door in time before they disappeared. Also one of the bedroom lights didn't work which I'm sure they knew about because maintenance just happened to be replacing lights when I got there.

Not Bad I was only staying for a night before I went to Chicago, and I think I was a little over accommodated in the room. The location was right across from the mall which was nice but the only view I got was of the Comfort Inn next door. Overall not bad.
