Extended Stay hotels are by nature, not heavily manned. That's OK, but, guests need to be able to get help at all hours. My son and I split to do different things one night. I returned to the hotel at 12:30 & my key card did not work. The phone outside the lobby had been removed, so I could not gain access to my room. Also, not so much the hotel's fault, but the long term residents dropped trash everywhere. Smelly and unsightly.

It was ok
Breakfast left a lot do be desired. The air conditioner kept kicking on and off making a lot of noise all night. Bathtub had soft spots in it as was slick.
