Recomendaciones para la Gerencia. El hotel tiene buena ubicación, el mantenimiento hay que mejorarlo, porque se pudo ver cucarachas, se recomienda fumigar con más frecuencia, así mismo pude compartir con otro huésped y nos quejamos del desayuno.

Check-in and check-out were not pleasant, had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to realize I was at counter both times. I ended up calling front desk while there to check-out without ever seeing anyone. Guest room and bathroom were clean, but not worth the lack of attendance by staff.

Estuve en habitación 172, me pareció limpia, buenas camas, buena lencería, el piso de la bañera estaba defectuoso pero se podía usar sin problemas, la atención muy buena, para este tipo de hotel el desayuno es un snack con café y no se corresponde con la calidad del hotel
