Nice concept at a good price, poorly maintained. The staff was friendly and hotel has a good idea. I know I'm not staying at a Westin but at least try to keep a nice maintained room. Here is a list of things I noticed while staying. The first room I was offered had bed bugs. I inspected it right away. I got a second room, no bugs. The room smelled of curry. 1 hour wait to check-in I rented a room for the DJ of my cousin's wedding. He had to wait more than an hour at 1am to check-in. He also said the washroom's were in a really bad state.

the hotel had plenty of rooms.... choose to place us in rooms used by fishermen. The rooms were hot and stufy and smelled of fish, the kind found dead on the beach.f

homestead-brookfield rooms ok,for the price,but room was small,the lounging chiar was very dirty,and old.the bed pillows were very flat and small,very uncomfortable,the bed was uncomfortable as well.i would not stay there again.

Homestead Suites - Brookfield, WI Very disappointing....the 3rd room was finally acceptable, in terms of being clean and having working AC. Would not stay here again.

I had hoped for more Initial room had a dis-assembled and unmade bed, and dirty dish in the sink. Staff relocated us to another room, but the cable to the TV was pulled out of the fitting that connected it to the TV. I re-assembled it as best I could as hotel staff was limited and I'm not sure they were capable of dealing with it quickly.

You get What you pay for I guess. I was NOT impressed by this hotel. The room smelled of the last meal that was prepared there and this facility needs upgrading. I went to get into bed and found that there was only a top sheet on the bed. I called the front desk and she said that she would let housekeeping know and that it would be made up the next day. I then stated that I was only staying one night and she said I could come up to the front desk to get a set of sheets to put on it myself. I said that I didn't come to a hote... read more
