Yuck! The room was DIRTY and had a funky smell from what seemed to be something that had been cooked!!! The counters in the kitchen area had crumbs, grease, and stains all over. There was a nasty drawer under the stove top that was stained and greasy, it had pieces of noodles in it. The backslash wall was cracked from one side to the other. There was dust everywhere! Seemingly nice, secretly dirty. There was too much dust and other allergens in the air and it made my allergies go out of whack. Not only did I have to buy medicine which I didn't plan on doing, but it made my stay horrible. I couldn't get out quick enough.

Horrible!!! No front desk staff, received wrong room key, room smelled like smoke and bed linens and pillows smelled like sweat! I will never ever stay at an extended stay again!

Needs work First room that I was given was about 80 degrees and smelled like a Mexican restaurant. Second room was almost 90 degrees....had to open the window (winter night) to cool the room down. Maintenance was in the room the next day to repair toilet, which still didn't flush properly after the work was done. Also smelled like a smoking room, after that.
Poor Disappointing trip Didnt go as we planned this hotel needs that special something.
Dirty....ish Overall our stay was okay but the common areas- front entry, hallways were pretty beat up and dirty. It didn't give me a good first impression. I didn't fell like our room was clean then- dust along the walls on carpet, bathroom floor didn't look like had been mopped and the toilet (seat) wasn't the cleanest. The rate we received was OK and we were really only there to sleep so it didn't bother us much. Overall- I think the hotel needs some maintenance and good thorough cleaning.

Not a great experience I don't expect five star accommodations from an Extended Stay hotel. The fact that they offer what amount to efficiency apartments is nifty. However, in this case, the sink backed up so easily it was ridiculous, hardware was literally falling off the walls and trash was left out by the doors so long it smelled hideous in those locations. Some helpful guest set off an alarm in the building at one point and some extremely unruly neighbors capped off the weekend.
Hallways smelt bad, bed was hard and noisy. Breakfast was prepackaged foods should've paid the extra 10$ for a better hotel
