Good hotel for the price When you only pay $60 a night, you can't expect much. They don't have a lot of tv channels, the staff is friendly but they take a long time to do things. i left stuff in the hotel room and they never called me to tell me I left it so they either threw it away or kept it. Overall, I won't go back unless I have to.

A horrible get away! This complaint is more so for the hotel then for cheap tickets the room I got at a really good price but the room itself was in poor condition. It was like renting out someone's below average apartment and sleep in the bed room for a night! And the next morning seen a couple of bed bugs on the bed! Just a horrible stay!!!

nobody at the front desk I made a reservation for 1 king bed room, but the room key which receptionist gave me was for 2 queen beds room. I returned to front desk soon but nobody was there... there was the sign of "temporary unavailable, due to eating lunch :)" I had to wait 15 minute until she came back. I told her I made a reservation for 1 king bed room but she didn't trust me until i showed her the hotels.com confirmation. It made me feel uncomfortable. Also, the bathtub drain empties really slowly.

Brookfield Extended Stay America Beware of "pet-friendly" at this hotel: we paid for a King suite and upon check-in the staff tried to downgrade our room AND charge us more per night for the "pet" (service dog) than was stated through Expedia. We ended up arguing with staff about it and to their non-visible manager and hopefully avoided all the extra charges and were ultimately given the room we'd paid for. The hotel is dated and worn, with some updates being made to some rooms.

horrible Mold around the tub. Toilet didn't flush. You had to carry you dishes in a moving container to your room. I checked out 10 minutes within be in there

blah blah When we checked in the desk clerk was wonderful. She was polite, pleasant, and very helpful. Our first room was not clean so she moved us. This room was okay, except the bathroom floor which they cleaned pronto. The room was quite and fine for what we needed. The next morning we went to get coffee. This desk clerk was passive, and rude. There was no cream and he ignored us. A strange thing about the rooms was is that there are no glasses in the room. We needed to go to the desk for them.

An ok hotel for the price. The concierge at check in was very friendly. That was the best part. The sink had calcium build up, the tub was clogged so you took a bath and shower at the same time. You had to hold the lever down for the toilet to flush and it was loud. The "breakfast" consisted of coffee, muffins, oatmeal and granola. And worst of all the guy manning the concierge desk in the morning rude and uncommunicative. Will not stay at any Extended Stay after this.
