cold, dirty, no dishes, outdated, dog barked down the hall a lot, breakfast only coffee and packets of oatmeal and granola bars

Business Trip This hotel was ok, not great. The room was pretty clean, except for a stain on the rug. There was no information in the room regarding site amenities (they listed a workout room on their website) or local dining. The continental breakfast was sub par. The only fresh item was one bruised apple, everything else was processed.

Not set up for Weekenders We were surprised to come back to our room after being out in the 90+ heat all day to find our room had no clean towels. The front desk isn't used to weekend guests. They don't tell you you need to get clean towels yourself. Towels were so stiff felt like sand paper. Won't be using this hotel anytime soon

Would rather stay at a shelter! Absolutely a zero minus hotel. No service, no room cleaning, no kitchen supplies, no towels, no sheets. Nothing unless you ask for it. Had booked a five night stay, left after two. The only thing this place is big on is RUDENESS. After coming back to the room after a long day working, nobody had been in my room to clean make the bed or anything else. Took this up with the front desk and was told " Don't you know this is Extended Stay and you have to ask for everything you want. We won't be int... read more

Hard beds; hard towels; very expensive The bed was very uncomfortable; the towels "hurt" they were so hard; the carpet in our room was soaked. And, it was expensive! $169/nite but there were no other hotels available so we didn't have a choice.

Horrible Loud in hallways, workers were eating and drinking of continental breakfast, while costumers were waiting in line. No maid service during stay. Even request maid service at front desk.

Dated Exterior very nice, clean, and tidy. Interior room was dated; single color paint, dated kitchen with stained counter top and sink in need of a deep cleaning with a proper stainless sink cleanser. Bathroom makes you cringe ... Sink again in need of proper cleaning. Bathtub has enamel missing and not sure if it was stained or something else. Interior aspects of the room need to be updated to make this a 4 star establishment

Disappointing Accommodations First room I was assigned was not cleaned. The floors had not been swept or the carpet vacuumed. The next room assigned was better. However, there was no hot water.

Rust in the sinks and spots on the sheets. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful with my questions.
