The hotel was undergoing construction while I was there. This would not have been an issue at all but I had gotten the room to do work away from home. My last full day in the room they were working on the room next to me. Again, I could have delt with this with no problem. But they turned off the water to my room for hours! Even worse, no one notified me in advance! I had to call the front desk to find out what was going on.

Had issues with the key lock for the room. Tried multiple keys but needed an employee to let us in each time. Employees were very helpful though and tried their best to trouble shoot. Overall a good place for our 1 night stay

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. I wish there was ice available.

Poor cleaning-water issues Nice place,good neighborhood,could use some better cleaning services..when we arrived we found notes on doors stating there would not be water after 10 a.m.. I would have went to another place had i known
