Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. I wish there was ice available.

Poor cleaning-water issues Nice place,good neighborhood,could use some better cleaning services..when we arrived we found notes on doors stating there would not be water after 10 a.m.. I would have went to another place had i known

Front desk clerk was lovely and very helpful.
Erin at the front desk was the best concierge I've ever had, period. She was friendly, warm, and patient with my many questions - then asked if I had any more! And get this - the second day when I came to the front desk wearing a baseball cap (and a mask again), not only did she recognize me, she remembered my name!!! She's a keeper. I was staying at the hotel for 3 days, and only during the day, while my home for sale was being shown 9AM -5PM, and she made me actually feel happy about going back each day with my dog.
