Staff is always so nice and helpful. Room is always clean.
Our first stay Well the first room was not clean the bed wasn’t made so they switched us to a new room it was clean except under sink a lot of soiled towels and we had no bath towels However the staff apologized and were extremely nice The room was clean and it was quiet the price was great
Staff is always fabulous. Very helpful and professional.
The staff members were super nice. The tub had rust spots on it, and had hair in it. The room looks old, and needs to be updated. The remote was dirty, I don’t know what was stuck to the remote but it was gross. Thank God I brought along my bleach wipes, and bleached wiped down the remote, and the bathroom. There was also a spider in my room. Again, the staff was great but the hotel is old and outdated and not clean enough.
