I came to town to take care of my daughter who was undergoing Breast Cancer surgery. After an all day surgery I came back the hotel around Midnight and was refused entry into my room. The Manager Emily told me my room had a cigarette butt in the trash and I had to pay $250 to regain entry into my room. I DONT SMOKE. So I'm so confused. She pulls up a picture of a cigarette butt in a trash can, I can't confirm if it's even my room. I ask what reason they had to come into my room with out my permission or knowledge. The front desk staff was so super friendly during our few day stay. I’ve never felt so comfortable bringing my dogs anywhere with me. The maintenance staff always said hello.
