First experience with an extended stay Hotel parking lots surrounded by trees and secluded. Carpets in the entry/lobby were dirty and in need of a vacuuming. Check-in process was very slow, wanted same information that was already submitted with reservation. Grout in the shower was mildewy. Breakfast options lacking, hot water dispenser for oatmeal broken.

Brookfield (western suburb of Milwaukee ... The room was adequate; met my needs, and price point. The check-in/out process was a snap, and the front end staff were gracious and helpful.

The rooms were barely cleaned correctly and it had a very weird smell in it

Friendly staff. Night shift was very pristine even with my late arrival, 1pm checking from a airport shuttle.

Room had problems, not that clean, no ice...no supplies in kitchen, but I did get a good nights sleep
