Not a Guarantee! I had 3 rooms booked 4 weeks in advance for my brother's Bachelor Party. 3 double Queen-size rooms to accommodate 8 men. I confirmed the rooms 3 days in advance. When I got there, I was told my rooms were never guaranteed. We ended up having only 2 queen rooms and a King. How are 3 men supposed to share 1 bed? Then, they tell me they do not have rollouts available. Rooms were not ready by 3 pm, either.

2 Stars Is about Right A decent value and about what we expected for the rate we had. The halls of the hotel reek of cigarette smoke, but our room smelled clean. Hotel overall is a little shabby. When the people above us walked around, it shook the walls. The bed was firm and comfortable. All lighting is flourescent, which we found a little obtrusive. not very clean Had to call them up to clean the bathroom and the kitchen microwave immediately upon entering the room. The floor did not appear very clean and I could see dirt/dust around the edges. Would not stay there again.

My stay from 5/15/2013 to 5/17/2013 Hotel staff and specifically the front desk were stiff and didn't care as much about their customers comfort. On the first day, the air-condition wasn't working because the circuit breaker wasn't functioning properly. I complained to the front desk, and the guy there said that there is nothing they can do about it because the maintenance guy had left for the day. I never expected such a low hospitality. Missed the mark Bathroom needs updating, sheets see through thin, carpets needed vacuuming and the free breakfast was a breakfast bar or packaged muffin. The lobby and linens smelled badly of cigarette smoke.

Average Nothing in our stay made the hotel stand out as anything but average. The front desk got us in but was not enthusiastic. The room was fine but needed modernizing. The tub was not clean - still had hair from the previous guest. If we had booked a second night I would question whether we would have kept the reservation. Will probably look elsewhere next time.

Not good! I travel only 3-5 times per year for business. I typically stay in cheaper hotels as I have little use for the expensive chains. The extended stay hotel I was in may have been the worst experience of my life. The hotel smelled liked fried food and the hallways were filled with cooking smoke. My room did not smell any better not to mention the sheets looked as if someone peed in the bed. I know you get what you pay for in life but cleanliness should not be a factor when in comes to your hotel stay.

probably the worst hotel in wauwatosa area I hated the place. It was not clean at all. I told the reception to take out a recliner (which had a lot of stains) and they didn't do it for the 2 days of my stay.
