Everyone was nice here, and rooms were clean and if you don't like your room they change you without asking

Bad experience The room I stayed in was not clean. There’s stains on the wall and picture frame on wall; the carpets are not vacuumed and I shouldn’t have collected as much residue as my socks did, but did; floors are not swept; and I’m convinced bed sheets were not changed.
