Staff was very friendly. I understand that it was an extended stay hotel but coffee in the room or at least in the lobby would have been nice. Told us we could go to Denny's
Charge for everything to “make you feel at home” The room was an average room. But I was not impressed that we needed to buy dishes ($20) per set and pots and pans($40) . All other extended stay places we have stayed had at least dishes and the minimum pots and pans. I was going to ask if we could get and extra blanket at the desk but I was afraid they would charge $50 for that also. None of this was stated on the website for this place. If we have to come back again we will not be staying here.
Room was more comfortable than customer service Located close to shopping mall, dining options and highway access; Front desk hours of 10 am to 10 pm was not convenient for early check-out and late check-in; Although staff was trying to be accommodating the steel, large roll-down gate at front desk was a bit daunting; Limited towels and extra toiletries not available when requested; Comfortable bed and spacious room with good water pressure in bathroom.

The hall way stinks so bad like cat piss. Would never stay there again. But, you get what you pay for. Everyone smokes directly outside the doors too. Gross!
