Very nice distance I love this hotel for its location. It is close to mall restaurants and stores. Clean and comfortable
Had to clean our own room, The hotel was unprepared, and was very cordial and did what they could to rememdy the situation. Hotels.com, however, was not customer friendly, and even though the hotel itself was willing to give us a refund on our stay, hotels.com WOULD NOT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS WEBSITE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
Could have a better continental breakfast and even bathroom amenities

ok experience OUr room was nice with a full kitchen, but the air has been turned off prior to our checking in and the room was hot and stuffy and took awhile to cool down. The breakfast was aweful. There was only granola bars, pre wrapped muffins, and coffee. No milk, water, or juice. Definately not good when traveling with kids.

Value for your money Satisfied overall! The only comment I have is that during our check-in, no one is around to accommodate us. We waited for like 15 mins and had to call someone from your office about the situation. What made matters worse is that the person I talked to suggested that I should wait for a couple of minutes more which I disagreed. This serves as a reminder about first impressions on quality service. Rooms are clean and organized.

This Place Works Nice clean place. My only small complaint is that they could improve their "free breakfast" a bit. If you're going to stay here more than a couple of days you'll most certainly be getting breakfast somewere else in the morning. Overall it's worth the price.
