easy access to mall mof america Nice hotel with kitchenette
Worst beds in hotel history Bed was extreemly hard. Probly the hardest most uncomfotable bed I have ever been witness too. Room had no shampoo or conditioner. There was no breakfest, no pool, no pull out couch, there was NOTHING about this place that was 'luxury'. It was basicly a glorified motel 6.
Odd questioning When checking in the hotel manager asked a lot of questions like: Why I was staying there?, Where did I live?, Did I just get off work?. When I went to sign the registeration, the guy at the desk also starting asking: Did I just get off work? Where did I work? What type of business it was? Where was I coming from?. I felt it was more of an interagation vs. just chit chat. Most hotels I've stayed at are just concerned with getting checked in and making sure the room is paid for. Hotel Interrogation I thought it was very odd that both the hotel manager and another worker questioned me at the front desk as if it were an interrogation: Why was I staying there?, where did I work?, did I just get off work? What type of work did I do? It was less about being chatty and more about trying to get information.
My stay here was great The room was very clean and the staff was great although I think the front desk person was a little overwhelmed, he provided a great service! The stay was a quiet experience I would book there again. Thhe hotel is tucked away right by the 494 expressway close to the Eden Prairie Plaza, Lots of places to eat and movie theater.
A Definite 3. Everything appeared clean, if you didn't look too closely. We had a sense of a hotel trying hard to save money on housekeeping services, janitor services, office staff, and, as mentioned by others, lack of amenities
