Odd questioning When checking in the hotel manager asked a lot of questions like: Why I was staying there?, Where did I live?, Did I just get off work?. When I went to sign the registeration, the guy at the desk also starting asking: Did I just get off work? Where did I work? What type of business it was? Where was I coming from?. I felt it was more of an interagation vs. just chit chat. Most hotels I've stayed at are just concerned with getting checked in and making sure the room is paid for. Hotel Interrogation I thought it was very odd that both the hotel manager and another worker questioned me at the front desk as if it were an interrogation: Why was I staying there?, where did I work?, did I just get off work? What type of work did I do? It was less about being chatty and more about trying to get information.

My stay here was great The room was very clean and the staff was great although I think the front desk person was a little overwhelmed, he provided a great service! The stay was a quiet experience I would book there again. Thhe hotel is tucked away right by the 494 expressway close to the Eden Prairie Plaza, Lots of places to eat and movie theater.

A Definite 3. Everything appeared clean, if you didn't look too closely. We had a sense of a hotel trying hard to save money on housekeeping services, janitor services, office staff, and, as mentioned by others, lack of amenities

The bed that I slept on had a stained, very dirty box springs. The bathroom needed maintenance as the bathtub needed re-grouted, just dingy looking, and there was something spilled on the wall. The kitchenette was clean, though. Mentioned this to the guy at the desk and he apologized. But it was hard to sleep knowing that the bed I was sleeping on was so dirty, and there was no one at the desk when we arrived that night so there was no one to complain to.

For the price, worth it. We were staying the weekend because there was a convention nearby. Although it was a bit of a drive, the price was great and the staff were very welcoming. They even had a kitchenette which was great! Again, the only problem we had was the location vs where the convention was at, however, this was just a logistical thing and did not affect their overall rating from me.

Visit family in Eden Prairre It worked out fine very close to sons home.
