3 Week Stay We stayed here for 3 weeks between selling our home and moving into our new home. The hotel is newer( opened March, 2017). It caters mainly to people staying long term for work purposes but 1 night stays are fine too. Everyone we met was friendly. There is a large grocery store, a gas station and several restaurants within walking distance. The motel is only a stone's throw from a busy freeway but the building seems to be noise proofed well. Fridley MN location The hotel has nice amenities around it. Our 3rd week dtay we encounter not so good service from Assistant Manager. Our hotel.com reservation was cancelled by her. She stated that we cannot book through another site. We have to book through Woodspring only. The represetative from hotel.com did not help eitger.
Overall it was a positive experience. It would have been a good idea to explain the hotel linen/ garbage disposal policy beforehand.
Was great except for having to pay for internet, everywhere else it is included!!!
Quick Stay Stayed here for a quick weekend trip. Hotel worked perfectly for being close to our friends. The hotel's front desk attendant was very nice. They did check us into a single bed room, when I had purchased a room with 2 queens. She was able to switch our room and accommodate us. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a quick stay.
Great Deal for Price Nothing fancy but new, clean, and modern. It's a secured building your hotel card gets you in. It seemed like a mix of long term and short term people staying. It was quiet the whole time I was there and a great deal for the price! No tubs I believe at least not in the unit I stayed in and no kitchen supplies but there is a grocery store, gas station, coffee shop, and liquor store in the same parking lot. Nice hotel close my location where I reach my business
Comfortable and Clean hotel. Being that it was my first time in Minneapolis I was relying on GPS to find the hotel. It took us 10 minutes to realize it was behind the shopping center as we didn't pass it on the freeway. LOL So it was really appreciated to have a friendly after hours staff get us checked in. The room and bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable. The shelves /closet was great to avoid the cluttered feeling in other hotels.
