Not clean/ small bed We had to wait for them to clean a room at 11pm. At that time, rooms should've been ready! We reserved a queen bed room but the bed seemed more like a full size.

It was 10 degrees below zero outside when we checked in to our hotel and our hotel was blowing air conditioning hard and the temperature was 63°. We had to turn the heat on and leave for a few hours because our room was too cold!

Good location. The floor in my room was filthy as I had to go after a spider with a tissue and the tissue was black with dirt from the floor. I could not get any breakfast or coffee from 6:00 - 6:30. On Tuesday morning as I was waiting for a ride at the hotel that morning…
