My room wasn’t very clean. The towels were stained yellow and my room was set to 62°F when I got there at 10 pm.

Doesn't bode well when you check in and theres still a fan attempting to dry the soaked carpet still in your room. My room smelled so bad of mildew I couldn't be in there long. My carpet was soaked to where I couldn't take my shoes off unless I wanted wet socks or feet. Don't get me started on the half cleaning that was done to the room. Extended stay has gone DOWNHILL!!!

Never stayed in an extended stay before. Needs to be updated. Some things weren't working in room. No extras, very limited continental breakfast. Staff was good.

We had to find a hotel in a hurry as our daughter had surgery and had complications and ended up being admitted, we seen this hotel on expedia and was close by so we decided to go with it, from the the very first impression of walking up to the front desk was bad, there was no one there, there was a sign up that said dial the number for help, we did this 4 times before someone came and was still actively chewing food when she got to the front desk, we were exhausted as we drove several hours to bring our daughter to the hosp... read more

The bathroom had mold and dirt in it. The bathtub faucet was leaking and not attached the wall, the air conditioner didn’t work, there were holes in the wall painted over, and the dresser drawer handle was broken off. It smelled in the hallways. Our hallway was dirty. We did not stay. We walked out immediately.
