Property is listed as smoke free, with no smoking signs everywhere. Our first room reeked of cigarettes and they had to move us. But the stairwells and lobby all smelled like smoke, and our room did a bit as well. Would have never booked if I had known they let people smoke inside!

Reeked of cigarette smoke. We had a nonsmoking room and it reeked of stale cigarettes. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they said nothing. No response at all.

Panhandlers in the hall!?! The first room smelled. The second room .... well the panhandler outside my door was completely unacceptable.

Not Pleasant Room was not clean. Dog hair on chairs and the room had an odor of pets.

Sticky room They said it was a non smoking room the rooms stunk with smoke even the maintenance guy said it stunk also you could smell somebody was smoking weed

The front desk lady did not smile and did not stand up from her chair for anything. Housekeeper could not even say hello or good morning back. Very unpleasant. Go to check out and Bettie (I believe was her name) kept asking me if I had the right room, that she didn't have anyone in that room. Someone on the front desk staff checked us out early. Not a happy experience when you book through Expedia.

We checked out early. The room that we were in smelled so bad of cat urine! I asked to change and the next room wasn't a hole lot better. Extremely musky and extremely dirty!

Extended Stay America Minneapolis We arrived being told that the hotel had over booked and we would not be able to get the rooms that we had booked several weeks prior. But, the gal working did seem to try hard to give us some other options and provided bedding for the air mattresses that we needed to use. The room did not seem to have glasses to drink from and we had to go get adequate amount of toilet paper. One of the rooms we were assigned smelled terribly of old smoke.
