great room for the money I found the room very comfortable,, clean and quiet. Met my needs, and was close to my family. i would stay again.
Ok...but showing it's age Have stayed there for over ten years and the hotel is showing it's age and need for TLC. It now caters to a different clientel (pets, road construction crews, etc), and is in need of basic repairs. Also quite noisy (kids running in halls).
the room itself was fine. however, pretty much everything else just.. sucked. key cards constantly needing to be redone (stay was 2 weeks long and at one point we had to get them redone 3x in one day) which was blamed on us having it demagnetised by our cards/phones - which we’re both well aware of having used an extended stay for 6mths+ previously and are very careful of - by one employee at the front desk and on employees only re-validating them for only a day at a time instead of actually matching it up with their checkou... read more
the front desk step was completely disrespectful rude and unhinged the room was disgusting crossed all over the refrigerator handle and/or dust on everything cobwebs disgusting nasty place nasty people rude horrible breakfast just original flavored oatmeal regular sugar no milk very displeased nothing to drink but coffee no other selection and rude rude rude staff
