Not good. Not so good. When we got back from our concert we couldn’t get back into our room. The room keys were deactivated and when we got them reactivated the attendant was very rude. When we got back to the room our door would not open and was sealed shut and when we finally got in it was a concert from down below the whole night. I booked a room around 1pm on 26 Jul. We needed to be at a friend’s house (surprise party) by 3:30 and were not able to check in before our event, so we had to wait until the event was over. Unfortunately, it was past midnight (was 2am). We tried to check in, but the person at the front desk told me they sold the room and added even if they had the room available, they would not be able to check us in since it was past the date of my reservation. I felt extremely uncomfortable walking to my car alone, even during the day. I would make my boyfriend walk with me after my first time alone.
It’s dirty
Don't stay here! The hotel is old and smells a lot like mold. The wall paper/paint is bubbling off the wall. The sheets don't fit the beds. No breakfast of any kind. The room smelled like it had been closed forever right after getting very wet.
Do not trust Hotels.com Hotels.com was a horrible & miserable experience. Took our money.. gave us a confirmation number.. arrived at 2am and no rooms available. Then we had to spend 40 minutes on the phone trying to receive a refund which they said 8-10 business days but never received a confirmation email of their refund process.. we were left to figure out a new hotel on our own while they still had $194 of our money tied up. Still haven't received our refund yet.. fk you Hotels.com!

AWFUL It was terrible. First I was sent to another hotel. Another Extended Stay. It was dirty. No conviences in the room like a coffee pot etc. It said to request them from the front desk. Everytime we went to the desk...NO ONE was around. Will not stay there again
