I've stayed at Extended stay various locations 20 out of the last 30 days - this property is an embarrassment to the brand. First of all states free breakfast?? There is never even a dry muffin available - lucky if coffee is ever brewed- then the reason I stay is for the kitchen - I asked for utensils etc to cook a meal I had already purchased- the only items they had to offer were 2 butter knives - nothing else not even a kitchen towel - they ran out of toilet paper - I had to run to the store to have a roll in my room - my... read more

I booked my room a week in advance, everything was confirmed. The day of travelling to the hotel they called me and said they had no rooms for me, the man said he would call another hotel and see if they can accommodate me. After an hour he called me back and told me they made a mistake and they still have a room for me. We drove 13hrs to get there, once we arrived the front staff informed me they no longer have a room AGAIN. Not good I have stayed for 10 weeks, my room has been cleaned twice, even after complaining. They dont plow. They dont have coffee every morning. Breakfast is nutrigrain bar, muffins, oatmeal.
