My stay in Mobile Our room was filled with fleas and roaches. Yes those things are normally but when you are away from home for a weekend get away, you want to enjoy your room in comfort. I was very uncomfortable because I was bitten several times and I accidentally left food on the counter and guess what happen? Roaches crawled in it. Another thing I was charged 57 on my debit card and I reserved the room for 40. That was very deceitful to me. I would not stay at this hotel again. Ok for one night... First time staying at an Extended stay and I'm not a picky person. Could have been a bit more clean... again ok for one night.

Not so great We were greeted graciously and warmly. But the kitchen floor was dirty, and the door took special pushing to lock. The worst part was when my husband got stuck in the elevator. The room phone wouldn't work, I couldn't get the door to lock, and I didn't know if my husband had been taken hostage when he had gone to the car to get his wallet. I was panicked when he didn't come back from the car when expected, and I couldn't find him. In panic, I left the room unlocked to go to the office. The attendant in the offic... read more

NASTY Hotel I would not stay here at all. phone did work , no hair drys, they should not be flying the flag! it was over all drity

Impossible I specified non smoking, handicap accessable, near interstate and hospital,for three adults. First room was on second floor--DIRTY and standing water in hallways. Room was STINKING!Second room had not been cleaned (beds unmade) a mess. Third room was on third floor. Main door obsiously had been beaten in (pieces hanging off) Bathrooms not wheelchair accessable. Long hikes to each of these rooms. No comparison!!!!
