This is the very worse hotel I have ever stayed in I want to be very honest up front. I have worked in the hotel business for some yrs. and have stayed at many hotels all over the US and abroad. This hotel is located in a great area with easy on and off access to the interstate. It has less than poor appeal. The office is difficult to find, it does not stand out from just another room. The hotel itself was nice but the quality of service was poor! I was not pleased at all! I did call to let them know and they offered me a free night! However, I did not get the quality I paid for!!!

They didn't have any face towels. The sheets on the bed were . The bed was very uncomfortable.

Better Maintenance The hotel is a good value. The rooms need updating but were adequate. However, the general maintenance is inadequate. The walkways and carpets are dirty, and the outside trash cans were overflowing. Simply pressure washing the walkways, cleaning the carpets, and emptying the trash/garbage every day would be a great improvement. The "grab" breakfast is a good feature, the ironing board and iron were useful, and the laundromat is clean and has good machines.

my opinion staff was way off base in reguards to the way they treated customers.management was not there to handle problems.staff was not friendly.

The overall stay was unsatisfactory The continental breakfast was unsatisfactory; it did not have decaf coffee for those who need it; the bath had no toilet tissue or kleenex and only one wash cloth (we had reserved a room for two); there was an issue in the lobby between another customer and the front desk that got louder and louder and made us feel very uncomfortable.

The staff was not professional! A lot of loud talking from the back room and cutting up. The person waiting on us was hollering for someone in the back to come help her. The room only had 1 wash cloth for 3 people. I asked for extra and I was told they did not have anymore....what kind of answer is that. The guest beside us was very loud til 3 in the morning. We will never stay at this facility in the future. My advice is to hire more professional staff.
