Don't waste your money I now know why the rate was so reasonable! The hotel looks nice from the outside but not so much when you go into the room. Housekeeping obviously doesn't come around very often. The sheets looked dingy, the bathroom wasn't clean, and when I opened the drawer in the kitchenette there was garbage in it. If you want "housekeeping" to come around and change out your towels you have to pay an extra 5 dollars and if you want them to make the bed and clean it's an extra 10 dollars! Towel were not clean office was closed so I had to call 600 on the phone and wait for someone to come open the door no tissue no complimentary soap just didn't look clean overall

needs a little more tlc Didn't like having to make my own bed nor taking my bedding and towels down to the front desk to get fresh towels. Was not told that was how housekeeping worked.

Hotel Experience This was a very unclean hotel. The location was not in a safe area. There was blood on the comforter & it was old & very low maintenance! Farther from the downtown area of which we are told it was only 10 minutes. It was much farther. Horrible experience. We checked out the night we arrived.

Worst Hotel stay ever Not good. Dirty room. Non-smoking room with bed sheets that smelled of cigarettes. Room was 36 degrees. Took 2 hours to warm up. Phones did not work. Could not get a wake up call. Did not disclose pet fee upfront. Hotel was extremely outdated. Metioned all this to staff upon check out without any apology or explanation.

Uncomfortable Stay Ever! This hotel needs some TLC! The room was run down and in need of updating. We were right next to a very noisy highway. Bed was hard as a rock!

The first nigh we did not have electricity and we never received an apologize and discount for the inconvenience . Never let any soap or shampoo on the room . I was totally disappointed because I have stay on other estay on MA and was great but this location . I was not happy at all.

unpleasant smell The room had an unpleasant odor. Then at night when we turned on the heat the smell was totally unbearable. I am guessing that the heaters are not needed very often, but it was unseasonably cold and we just wanted to take the chill out of the room, but were forced to turn the heat off because of the unbearable smell.
