Dreadful! When we arrived and received our room key, we entered our room, only to see that it hadn't been cleaned. The beds were messed up, water bottles littered the room, towels were all over the place, and let's not even talk about the stench in the room from what was leftover in the toliet. My daughter and I, almost, lost it. We returned to the front desk, where we waited for, almost, half an hour to get a new room. It was the worst room I ever stayed in went to Mobile for spring break so I was there four days. Every night there was noise outside the room and couldn't sleep. We ran out of towels the second we ask for some more and didn't get them to the last day and we had to go buy towels for the other days and didn't get our garbage change the whole time we were there.

Worst hotel experience ever After almost 13 hours on the road, I found this hotel online, from the road. The ratings seemed to be ok, nothing special but nothing too bad. We were only sleeping there and getting up early to get on the road again. When I checked in at 10:30 pm, I was told I would have to wait as the clerk had to do her "processing". weekeñd trip Bathtub dirty (metal tub stopper slimy with mold and mildew). Only 1 washrag and room stank. Also coffee pot was dirty. Never stay here again.

Unimpressed. First off, we were told the pet fee was $50, ten when they came back with our receipt, it was $55, and we were told they had forgotten to tell us about the taxes. Then when we got to the room, it was fairly clean, but needed some repairs. The bed was the wrong size--we requested a queen size bed, and we got a full size. Not sure if there was a price difference or not. The pillows were the worst pillows in the history of the world. It was scary. You stick to the carpet it so so dirty. They had to get me frying pan so I could cook breakfast. The pan stuck really bad , cheap non coated metal pan. We were awakened in the middle of the night. The person in the room next to us got robbed and they had to call the police. Needless to say I had to un extend our stay. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Over rated I chose this hotel because of the three and a half stars 1 wouldn't rate this above a one. Staff was polite and helpful. Too old and dirty to take off our clothes.

It was not what i expected however the staff was outstanding.The room itself was not in good conditions and i would not recommend anyone to go there
