Stay was Ok but the had a bad smell. Bed had a comforter that needed a good wash.
Have stay here before and came back and will continue to use this hotel. Staff was nice.

Away from home On Sundays check out, your associate was complaining she was the only one there. And your vending machine was not working. Room was nice, did not know about the kitchenette in the room until we checked in

Budget means it's not going to be perfect The place is nicely located if you are coming from NYC or Newark and looking for a place near Delaware Water Gap recreation. The staff was indeed excellent, but the facility was not in the best condition. Bathroom not totally clean. Tub leaked a bit. Nonsmoking room had been smoked in many times prior; it's stuck in the carpet etc. Loud people in the room above. Grab-and-go breakfast is just coffee and a vending machine type pastry.
slow system when reserved last minute I reserved 10 minutes before i arrived and a guy arrived right before me and got the room i had reserved, i was told . The lady was very nice and patient with the computer or program . She gave us a handicap room which was perfectly fine it could have been a cleaner though . We just needed a place to sleep for a quick pass through arrived at midnight ,it was quiet and i slept well ,it helped i was exhausted . business traveler clean hotel, but a few things were lacking, like amenities were sparse just one small bottle shampoo, no conditioner, body lotion or mouthwash. I often bring my own, but if I do need them like to see them available. The grab and go breakfast was poor. Just coffee/decafe/tea, apples and granola bars and packets of oatmeal I think.. was hard to see. All set up on a counter space about 3 feet long.
