controle remoto da tv não funcionava direito e ao informar a recepção, a recepcionista disse que não havia outro para trocar.
At first i was surprised there was no silverware or pots and pans then I noticed the card on the counter to ask the desk. otherwise I thought it was nice and had what one needs for an extended stay.

The room was decent. No remote for the TV. Old used furniture. No telephone in room.
