GREAT VALUE, FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN, NEW FACILITY This is our 3rd night here in a studio suite. We've escaped Hurricane Irma in Fla & this has been a great home away from home, with fridge, microwave, stove top & desk. This is a very new hotel & immaculate. Not a luxury hotel with breakfast buffet, pool, etc..but it is half the price as those hotels. The customer service is great here & pet friendly. Nice room, no customer service Rooms were very nice, clean and big. Customer Service on the other hand was not so nice. Nor was the dog barking in the next room. We were unable to get extra pillows at 7:00 pm. We were told that there wasn't anyone available in that department to help us until 8:00 am the next morning. There was no one at the front desk for us to check out with and NO coffee or tea was available in the lobby like the website stated. I guess you get what you pay for.

A fine place to stay. Kittery Inn is a cute place. They have standard rooms, suite and a couple of cottages. I stayed in a standard room. Nothing exceptional, no complaints. Super friendly staff, better than average continental breakfast. A couple of miles from the outlets.

Convenient , clean Hotel is very new, recently constructed, everything new. Easily accessible from the highway. Full kitchenette, but no tableware or silverware available. Limited towels and body wash/shampoos. No hair dryer or ironing board. WIFI is not free, which is a big downer. Very nice for extended stays, laundry room on site, no exercise room, no restaurant/bar on site, but options are within walking distance.

Accommodations and service was excellent at this hotel in NH ... lovely Merrimack area. The location had easy access to main highways and local roads providing pleasant drives through small New England towns. The airport is across the river in Manchester.

Close to other stuff Check in was smooth but I was given a room with broken AC, annoying but quickly resolved. Close to bars and restaurants, not sure about their own bar and food service.

Would stay here again anytime Was great. The hotel is so new that the strairwell still had the smell of the rubber floor tiles. There is no carpeting in the room which felt odd at first but I found great as it makes the room feel cleaner (vinyl wood imitation, looks very clean). *no restaurant or breakfast served, but close to grocery store.
