Nice, convenient, but the cleanliness needs work I didnt care for their policy of only cleaning a room once every two weeks for longer stays. I was staying there from the day of their grand opening with different reservations, and my room was only cleaned once....and the toilet never cleaned. By the time I checked out it was rank.

Great Find I Merrimack This hotel is very nice. Everything is clean and pretty much new. The thing I like most about this hotel is that the rooms don't have carpet. If you're anything like me this is a huge plus. The rooms aren't anything fancy and have more of a minimalist feel to them. I have stayed there a few times and have been satisfied. One thing to note is that this hotel doesn't have some of the amenities of most hotels (blow dryer, iron, dishes, pots & pans). The price is great and I'm not one utilize all the extra... read more

This hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. The only problem I had was after 4 days there I tried to request housekeeping but was told they were gone at 1:30. The area is nice and there are lots of options in regards to food.

Do to family illness we travelled to Nashua. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious.. and seemed especially grand as we had stayed in a NYC hotel the night before. Close to highway, but not too close. I would suggest asking for even number rooms as we heard some highway noise thru the night and we had 2 odd numbered rooms. Not sure if it would have been better, but one can hope!

GREAT VALUE, FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN, NEW FACILITY This is our 3rd night here in a studio suite. We've escaped Hurricane Irma in Fla & this has been a great home away from home, with fridge, microwave, stove top & desk. This is a very new hotel & immaculate. Not a luxury hotel with breakfast buffet, pool, etc..but it is half the price as those hotels. The customer service is great here & pet friendly. Nice room, no customer service Rooms were very nice, clean and big. Customer Service on the other hand was not so nice. Nor was the dog barking in the next room. We were unable to get extra pillows at 7:00 pm. We were told that there wasn't anyone available in that department to help us until 8:00 am the next morning. There was no one at the front desk for us to check out with and NO coffee or tea was available in the lobby like the website stated. I guess you get what you pay for.
