Decent new motel, but . . . New motel, open just 3 weeks. No complaints about the motel. Even though it's quite new, it's already very popular with black folks; teenagers like to hang out in the hallways doing one thing and another. I was travelling with my business partner who is a Marine and some people think he looks like a police officer: made the kids in the hallway rather nervous. It was comfortable, but I'm surprised that I didn't find a usb spot to charge my phone since the hotel was recently built.

OK for the price. Be prepared as the unit doesn't come with any kitchen items. No plates, tableware, pans or cleaning supplies. You can purchase a kitchen kit at the front desk. You are responsible for cleaning and laundry as sheets are only provided every two weeks (long term stay). Plus is laundry mat is on first floor and machines take credit card.

Excellent! Everything was excellent! Because I work in NH but live in MA I have been looking for a nice place to stay a few days each week. I will be staying at Woodspring nearly every week from one to three nights.

Convenient location Staff was amazing and very helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Excellent nights sleep.

Excellent accommodations at a reasonable price. Our stay was exactly what we needed for this vacation. I can see using this facility again and would recommend to friends. A family with small children who is looking for a resort-type atmosphere with a pool and breakfast provided, Woodspring does not meet that criteria; but, for good, clean, pleasant surroundings, you can't beat this site. So so place We've stayed here when they first opened up and this is the third time. The first time this place was good but expensive and still is if you pay full price. The place has issues-thin walls so you can clearly hear people in rooms as far as several rooms down the hall and extremely poor almost nonexistent ventilation so the fire alarms are always going off,PLUS beware one you make a reservation here you cannot cancel.

NICE CLEAN PLACE STAY GREAT LOCATION Very friendly staff, hotel is brand new, nice room everything was clean, 1 minute from the highway.

It could be better I have no issues with the staff cause they were great, the rooms are to small, the mattress keeps slipping off the boxspring, maybe have a binder in the room that shows what's around the hotel area like dining...etc. maybe add a fitness center? I know the price is cheap and the hotel is new but sooner or later this kind of hotel will only attract the rift raft because it's basically a resemblance of a motel 6, but the rooms were clean and staff very friendly.
