Reception was closed, you have to use courtesy phone and wait for night attendant to come for check inn. 2 night stay, beds don’t get made towels not changed, and not enough shampo or soap bar. Only one of each for 2 people for a 2 night stay.
Had a terrible time. The smell in rooms was awful, there wasn’t any ventilation. Very poor value for the money spent. Don’t recommend the place for short term stay
Worst experience, everyday when I woukd go get coffee, some customet wad aleays complaining to front desk about problems with hotel, unclean, over charged, I was charged 3 days earlier than told. I was kvetcharged and cant get money back. I xancelled ladt 2 nights of stay due to home opening for us, no money back. My first and last time I will ever go there. Terriable experiece. Lots of aggravation.

The checking girl( because she was a young lady) did not smile or engage us at all very cold. Our room appeared to have dog hair and a minor odor. It was a suite but no cooking supplies at all. One small shampoo and soap. A large person and a dog in the room above us made a lot of noise. Ugh
A DOG HOUSE IS MORE COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE.
The worst hotel experience!
The management was so rude!! I cant believe they were okay with treating guests so badly and in front of children! Extremely disappointed!!
Fireworks! Will never stay here again. There was someone lighting fireworks off in the parking lot on the property! Can't make this up! Fireworks went off every 15-minutes for 3 hours. At 10 PM they stopped BUT a party started.... Loud music, drinking, and screaming until 1 AM. I called the front desk and the man said "well, technically, they aren't on our property so there is nothing I can do." Apparently the partners were setup about 1 foot off of the property.
