Long term residents shooting off fireworks all night in parking lot of hotel. Management and security did nothing to stop it. Our dog was petrified.

I didn't like anything. Hardly any soap to wash hair or hands. Barley any towels but yet charges as much as a nice hotel that provides these things. Smelled awful on the second floor where our room was. Can hear through the walls. Has a kitchen but you have to pay for the dishes. Just honestly not a great place to stay. Very cheap looking and horrible service.

Terrible customer services. Staff not trained to properly handle issues. No manager on duty. No manager can be reached. Very inconsiderate of my property & time. The family in front of me also had unresolved issues.

Reserved a room through Expedia and called ahead for a late check in notice...... the front counter said we had no room and they could try and squeeze us in as a walk-in for extra money than previously anticipated........ apparently reserving a room and receiving confirmation about your stay is NOT the same as booking!!!!

The staff was very courteous and the place was clean. I will not stay this hotel again though. It was like a college dorm. There was no maid service or any amenities. You have to take your laundry basket downstairs every morning for clean towels and linens. No cleaning supplies at all so I had to go buy some for our weeks stay. Not my cup o tea. (They wouldn’t let us out of our reservation and Expedia wasn’t helpful either...😡).
