Good value. Staff was excellent. Could have had better lighting in bathroom vanity area.
Close to what we needed to be close to. Staff was VERY pleasant and friendly. Helpful with directions. Had no problems getting the attention we needed, towels, wash cloths, toilet tissue.We would stay here again. The one thing wi weren't so satisfied with was the breakfast, could offer a little more, plus an area to sit down and enjoy the start of the day.

The stay was appropriate for the time spent there. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful.

Reasonable and Convenient The accommodations were ok. Hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and airport. It was somewhat of an inconvenience having to request the basics, such as soap, wash cloths, hair dryer and shampoo. However, the staff was very friendly and happy to assist. I requested the quietest area of the hotel, but we were placed next door to some rather noisy guests. All in all, the stay was ok...but there's room for improvement in keeping rooms a bit cleaner and stocking them with the basics.

So friendly Very friendly staff. Nashville hospitality. Even got a follow up call after check in if everything is to our liking. Well trained staff.
Disappointed Check in time at Extended Stay it's 3 o'clock. We arrived one hour early,it was storming like crazy. So I thought it wouldn't hurt to see if we could check in an hour early. The clerk was very rude.She said no we could not check in early so we just went to hang out in our car for an hour. Not 10 minutes later another couple comes up and she lets them check in. 5 minutes later another couple rolls up and she lets them check in. By this time I'm pretty mad.
