Reasonable and Convenient The accommodations were ok. Hotel was close to shopping, restaurants and airport. It was somewhat of an inconvenience having to request the basics, such as soap, wash cloths, hair dryer and shampoo. However, the staff was very friendly and happy to assist. I requested the quietest area of the hotel, but we were placed next door to some rather noisy guests. All in all, the stay was ok...but there's room for improvement in keeping rooms a bit cleaner and stocking them with the basics.

So friendly Very friendly staff. Nashville hospitality. Even got a follow up call after check in if everything is to our liking. Well trained staff.
Disappointed Check in time at Extended Stay it's 3 o'clock. We arrived one hour early,it was storming like crazy. So I thought it wouldn't hurt to see if we could check in an hour early. The clerk was very rude.She said no we could not check in early so we just went to hang out in our car for an hour. Not 10 minutes later another couple comes up and she lets them check in. 5 minutes later another couple rolls up and she lets them check in. By this time I'm pretty mad. The good and the bad Hotels.Com relocated me to this facility after a competitor refused payment from hotels.Com so at this point anything was a blessing after driving for 12 hours. However, it was a non smoking room that smelled of old smoke badly which kept me up all night with a stuffy head and headache. The main bathroom had a bustep toilet seat and a toilet that looked like it had been a while since cleaned and toilet paper dispenser barely fastened to wall.honestly it looked like housekeeping forgot this bathroom all t... read more

BNA extended stay... short and sweet; was on a road trip - we got in, rested woke up and kept driving.

This was an overnight stay on our way home. My family of 4 had been in a small hotel room for days and decided that we wanted to find something with a little more space for this overnight stay. This room was perfect! I had to go to the front twice to get sheets for the pullout sofa so the kids could go to bed. The first time I was told she would bring them down in about 10 minutes.
