Great location Overall the stay was comfortable. Hotel clerks were semi rude and were not interested in providing room necessities. At one point my husband asked for more toilet paper (only a half of role when we arrived) and the desk clerk said she didn't feel like walking to get it at the moment and she would bring it later. Thank goodness we didn't have to use the bathroom for a few hours since that is how long we waited

The hotel Extended Stay America is in a good area We arrived at the hotel, we had booked a room with two queen beds as there were four of us to be housed. The room door was situated opposite where the garbage cans were put, it was very unclean and smelled. A workman was cutting some timber in the back of his truck, all the shavings went on to my car. Great for families The kitchenette in every room, and the large closet with a lightproof curtain, made this a great place to stay with babies. We could cook and eat without having to worry about kids getting antsy in restaurants. We put the babies' portacribs behind the curtain so they could sleep while we stayed up reading with the lights on.

Good value. Staff was excellent. Could have had better lighting in bathroom vanity area.
Close to what we needed to be close to. Staff was VERY pleasant and friendly. Helpful with directions. Had no problems getting the attention we needed, towels, wash cloths, toilet tissue.We would stay here again. The one thing wi weren't so satisfied with was the breakfast, could offer a little more, plus an area to sit down and enjoy the start of the day.
