No one at desk for checkout Great location, is being updated, rooms are clean, large kitchen dining area. More bonuses than I expected for the price. Total lack of staff at the desk when checking out had to drop my key and call them 3 hours later to make sure I was checked out.
Found it to be convenient to everything I needed. They went to special effort to make an early check-in possible thanks so much to the room clerk on duty named Dazhay. .

Good stay Hotel room had no refrigerator or microwave but all else was fine and would stay again readily Thanks!
Nice-but not fancy I thought the room was very clean and was pleasantly surprised that it was as nice after reading some of the reviews. The front desk staff was helpful. I was disappointed that the exercise room was across the street at the other site. I was also disappointed in the choices for grab and go breakfast. Overall, I thought it was worth the money and if I needed to stay in the area again, I would stay here.
OK Good location, but hotel does need renovations. Enjoyed the grab and go breakfast option.

Price was great, but average everything else We stayed at Extended Stay in Brentwood due to closeness to Nashville, price and the fact that it had a full kitchen and fridge. I am not too picky when it comes to hotels as long as the hotel is CLEAN. In my opinion, this hotel was just ok.. We didn't see any bugs or any terrible spots in our room but it is clearly in need of updating, especially the carpet..yuck! Convenient for price Hotel is nothing special. Rooms need updating. For your cost and convenience to Nashville area, it serves the purpose.
