was disappointed when they couldn't find the key to pool to unlock the gate. This was on Friday at 4:30. Manager said there was nothing he could do and would have to wait until Monday. We called the General Manager, Kim and by 7:30 that night the pool was unlocked!

Lots of cigarette smokers Room was pretty clean, just had a little smell to it. Many other guests were smokers and smoking right outside the rooms surrounding us.

Meh I was here for a 5-night stay. The first night I was stuck with a room that reeked of old cigarette smoke, and was told I could not have a different room because the hotel was full. Dishes are not placed in the room before you arrive; you must request them from the front desk. I ddi so, and the wait was more than two hours. The next four nights I was in a room on the first floor which had laminate flooring instead of carpet, and there was no odor in there, but the room was not completely clean. Good hotel The hotel was clean, in the location I needed and the staff was very polite. Only thing I would have different is for the room to be ready when I arrived at 3:00pm
Good value for the price For my purposes, the room was just fine. It did appear some refreshening was going on with the property as many public area doors had recently been painted. While I understand the breakfast is 'grab & go' it was a bit less than other Extended Stays I have used. Room was relatively clean but in the course of finding something I dropped off the edge of the bed closest to the wall, I did find an old key card jacket.
