Hotel Stay The Hotel conditons were ok for what you paid for!

better than... ...the other reviews lead me to believe. the hotel room was nice. the a/c was on before I got into the room. the check in/ out was quick and efficient. I was only in room to sleep.

Disappointed I stayed here for the same event last year and this property has gone downhill since then. When we got our room there was no battery in the smoke alarm and it was chirping like crazy. I had to ask for a battery and changed it myself. The room smelled horribly of smoke and many butts littered the area around the exterior of the room. These were never swept up the entire time we were there. When I complained to the front desk they said it was a non-smoking property and could do little else.

Need Better Housekeeping Staff Positive: Great evening front desk employee, great location. Negative: Grease stains all over the kitchen counters, incredibly small pillows, door did not close tight so you can see the outside just by looking at the door, toilet did not look like it had been cleaned, floor did not look like it had been cleaned, several lamps did not work.

Decent place to stay for one night Did not get the room we requested, beds were a little firm. But all in all it was a decent place to stay for one night while on vacation. Would not recommend for staying any longer than that. Room was clean, but lobby had a funny smell to it. Breakfast in AM included coffee and pre packaged muffins. Perfect location if wanting to visit nashville.
