Great long term hotel with pets It was a great hotel for our dogs. Plenty of places to walk them and close to everything.
Really Not Bad for the Cost The best thing about this hotel is the location, the 2nd best was the staff. It's no frills but it works. It was also really quiet compared to some hotels I've stayed at. The biggest negative for me was the bed, pillows and covers. Pretty cheap feeling and not very comfortable.
Acceptable It was ok. Not too special, not terrible. Good location. Front desk staff at check in left something to be desired, but other than that, it was fine
When we arrived we were told that there was some construction and painting being done to hotel doors. We didn't see an issue the first night but the second day we did. The contractor was scraping away the paint on our door at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and then requested to open our door while sanding it. When bringing this issue up to the manager, Wendell, he was quick to apologize and let us know that it was out of line of the contractor. he ended up refunding our trip and because of his service we will be back!! medical trip my wife and i stayed here as i had a very early medical treatment at a Nashville hospital. we live two hours south and did not want to travel from home. room was comfortable and beds were very comfortable. i would stay again
Location, location, location Can't beat the location. Near a jillion restaurants and retailers. Super easy on and off the freeway. They did a low cost remodel. Mattress was mediocre. Clean, convenient but not cushy.
Unsatisfactory Unfortunately due to a convention in the Nashville area this was the only hotel available. We were left no choice in the selection of this facility. The staff was very friendly the hotel was subpar. We reserve for three nights and left after two.
Ramsey coaching series Great location .... shopping, food and Ramsey campus are all within 1 mile. Hotel was great value for what I needed that week. I would not being my wife to this hotel though, old and not updated. Smell of old smoke still lingers. Again, for me, and only needing a bed, this was a good room. Price was very reasonable, especially when using OrBucks.
second time at an extended stay america When I arrived to check in at 3, the room wasn't ready and I had to wait until 430 to get in, but the staff was very sincere and I went to the mall to kill time. The mall is bascailly across the street. Nice location, clean room, beds could be a little more comfortable, but it was a nice place.
