It was nice and I enjoyed staying there. I only have one complaint. The room was only cleaned if I stayed 7 days or more.
cheap and clean, no frills i was hesitant to stay here with all the negative reviews but we had a great experience. i did not have high expectations given the price of the room but the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. front desk staff was friendly and helpful. do not expect this to be a place with fancy concierge, room service etc it's just a simple clean, quiet, safe place to stay in Franklin.
I was disappointed. I reserved one room and they ended up having to give us two rooms because they had rented all the other rooms. In one room the AC didn't work and there was no phone for us to call the desk to report it. I went to the other room and had to call and then they came down to bring us a phone and had to change our room. The rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking and they stunk of smoke and other smells. Disappointed First room we went to was dirty, had trash left in it, and the A/C didn't work. We at least got upgraded to a better room that was clean and the A/C worked.
Okay for 1 night only Room was fairly sized with poor lighting. There were limited channels with the majority being ESPN channels, and the TV was poor quality. Okay for a one night stay where you won't spend any time in the room but for sleeping.
Good basic hotel. Close to highway and shopping. Just the basics. No frills.
economy price in a high price district Hotel was satisfactory and 1/3 the price of the recommended convention hotel. I would stay there again. I had a billing problem and a customer when I checked-in was having a billing issue. They pleasantly fixed the errors but if I had not caught it and returned may not have as easy to resolve. The location is awesome if you need to be in Cool Springs. The drive-up access is convenient but rooms do allow lots of outside noise.
