strong smoke smelling room Room was ok but very strong smell of smoke. My husband just had a chemo treatment and he hates the smell of smoke. Had to go buy airfreshner and fan to circulate the fresher smell. Husband stayed in car most of night to avoid the smell. Told front desk and was told they would get you to refund total fee but, you would have to call them to confirm.
Very Nice Hotel next to Galleria Mall We were pleased w/the location of the hotel in relation to all the gym sites.The hotel is minutes from Galleria Mall, that has many restaurants, shopping & grocery stores & gas stations. The woman was pleasant at checkin on 7/8. We had a King size bed & pullout sofa bed for 3 adults & 1 child, yet had NO linens for the sofa bed & only 2 standard pillows on the king size bed. Newly renovated means smells like smoke and old furniture. The room we were given smelled horrible. It was like someone smoked a pack right before we got there and the smell lingered the entire trip. Also the newly renovated signs did not apply to the kitchen and bathroom because the cabinets and even toilet seat was peeling. We were only given 2 towels and 2 pillows. There was mold in the shower.
Excellent Good hotel, check in desk very helpful and went out if their way to help us due to unacceptable actions by hotels.com. Hotel was excellent

Great long term hotel with pets It was a great hotel for our dogs. Plenty of places to walk them and close to everything.
Really Not Bad for the Cost The best thing about this hotel is the location, the 2nd best was the staff. It's no frills but it works. It was also really quiet compared to some hotels I've stayed at. The biggest negative for me was the bed, pillows and covers. Pretty cheap feeling and not very comfortable.
Acceptable It was ok. Not too special, not terrible. Good location. Front desk staff at check in left something to be desired, but other than that, it was fine
