Franklin, TN Hotel It is a great place to stay. It's very clean and accessable to surrounding attractions. I would stay there again.
Everything I needed for an out of town stay The Homestead Inn and Suites has been my place to bunk three times in the last year and every time the staff has been courteous and helpful; the room has been clean; and it is located in the Cool Springs area, which seems to be close to everything. Also, I have to say that the last time I stayed before this, I left at least 7 - 10 cd's there and they were shipped back to me free of charge!!! I don't know another place that would do that!
Wonderful experience! Great nightly rate, room was clean and accommodating, and the staff was completely helpful and friendly all of the time!
Homestead Cool Springs Not bad. Pet Friendly, Clean, quiet. Husband LOVED the shower. I didn't. We wanted disposable cups and ice tray like a regular hotel... but this place had kitchen equipped with washable, reusable dishes, cups, etc. Price was right, though very convenient. No pool, though. Not too bad for pretty cheap! Stayed 2 nights while visiting relatives.

First, the television remote didn't work., no big deal, I simply walked to the front office to check for new batteries for the remote. I was instead given another remote and returned to the room. This remote did not work so I attempted to call the front desk to let them know that the remote didn't work, but to my suprise the phone did not work either. Homestead - Cool springs Mall TN Requested non smoking room and they did not have any upon check in. No wake up calls offered and clock did not work.
