The first room stunk like dog urine. The second room the air conditioner didn't work, the third room was fine. We stayed about two weeks while our house was being repaired. It was ok. They were stingy with replacement towels. Three times the key cards stopped working and we had to get new ones.

Close to shopping and restaurants Nice property set up as apartments with full kitchen, bedroom, 2full bats and living room. Old tv sets with few stations to watch. Hard to locate due to hidden location near mall. Bed was very comfortable. Office doesn't open until 7am. Rates were very reasonable for what you get.

Great value We stayed here for a family vacation and loved the fact that it had a kitchenette for the price. It was a great value in an excellent location. I agree with the other reviews that the hotel is dated in decor but we only used it to sleep and eat then spent the day around town. The staff was very friendly and made the stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Extended stay The rates were very reasonable, this is a great extended stay location especially with the kitchen facilities.

Bed was so hard did not stay the other night and have a backache from the hard bed. Other than that was ok.

Homestead Nashville / Franklin Tn Room was just ok , did not have coffe cups had to track down maid who did not speak english. temp. control did not work , very warm.
