Last Resort Mattress was hard as a rock and the toilet would not flush properly
Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating. Although a review claimed staff was rude, I did not find that to be the case. Front desk was friendly, accommodating and eager to help. The room was clean but needed some dusting under the bathroom sink. Close to airport but could not hear them once inside. Also very close and convenient to just about everything. If I'm ever in New Orleans again, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
My home in Kenner I always stay here when I come to Kenner. The staff and the rooms are great and there is a friendly pub with great food next door as well as a diner and Pho restaurant within walking distance.

First Time Visiting NOLA I consider it was a quiet place. Front desk was nice and ready to answer question or help. One of the girls went far and beyond. You have to pay for the cleaning if it is before 6 days, if I remember. But if you want a better presentation, you need to go to another place. We saved some money.
