Average Place to stay My first time staying on the outskirts of New Orleans. The hotel was priced well and you get what you pay for. I stayed 4 nights and 2 of the 4 nights you could smell the food being cooked in the rooms around you. Other than that the room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. It's okay for people with low budget For a Studio for 4 people, there should be more then 2 knifes, 1 spoon, 2 cups....

Perfect Stay! We were visiting NOLA, and actually wanted to be safe and get some sleep, so we stayed in Metairie. It was a safe, affordable, quiet, and clean. No frills, but a great kitchenette, cable TV, and plenty of parking. We were only 5-10 min from downtown, and 30 min from the swamp tours. We would definitely stay here again, and I am VERY picky. I don't do bugs, smoke, bad service, or mold. This place was great!

Good Hotel for the price. It was the only thing available during Jazz Fest weekend. The price was right, and the place is an Okay place, a little old, but all in all a good experience. There is a kitchen, a fridge, and a microwave in the room, so if you are planning to stay for a while, you can cook to save some money.

We requested nonsmoking and were given a smoking room. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was unclean. The location was safe but hard to get to off the freeway. I would not recommend.

good price for money Stayed during big sporting event at the SuperDome in New Orleans. Good choice for money and was not too far to get to event.
