I like the room kitchen and refrigerator. It makes it feel like an apartment. The carpet needs some cleaning and the elevator needs some fixing.

It was fine besides the location, & the fact that when we asked for towels, & room supplies it took pretty much a whole day to get it.

Friendly staff. However, the AC did not work and the bathtub looked like it was cracking open with stains and didn’t seem sanitized. For one night it wasn’t bad. But I wouldn’t stay there longer than that.

Great staff Anthony was extremely helpful. I had asked how to get to the subway and he wrote down step by step instructions. It made my trip easier. Also there is a airport shuttle that takes you to and from LaGuardia. The room was very spacious and clean. In the mornings there was fresh coffee and some muffins and granola bars to eat. Wi-Fi very fast ! I have recommended this hotel to my family and friends.
