No no The hotel was not ready for their guests, no enough Cutleries and cooking pots throughout our stay. Definitely will not stay here again anytime I am in NY

Joe at the front desk was helpful and polite. The shuttle drivers were very helpful and willing to accommodate my drop off and pick up needs. I picked this property for the low price so you can say that I got what I paid for. Next time I'll pay a little more for a modern building with comfortable furnishings. The property is worn out and reminded me of a Soviet era block tenement. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable and the A/C was minimal. There was no maid service during my stay. Good place to stay. Good location if you are traveling by car. A new shopping center was just built around the block. Clean and friendly hotel. Good pet policy so Fido is welcomed.

Hotel is old and it shows. The staff needs a little bit more training as you have to call them to the desk because they all sit in the office together.
