You get what you paid for, pay attn to details... There is no weekend staff support. Housekeeping not on-site on weekends. Was told later that the weekend person had resigned.

Bad shuttle services I was here since I lost my connection on LGA and I expended more than 1 and 1/2 hour to go to the hotel since first, I didn't have phone services and when finally I talk with someone they didn't have shuttle services at that time and I'll picked up a taxi. Second, It was bad for the taxi driver to find the hotel anyway it was on the expressway side. The problem was that the GPI sent the driver to another place. So, I recommend to be more focused shuttle services

Hotel Stay The only problem was the room did not have a working phone. I told the front desk, but it was never replaced.

Not as advertised Clean spacious room and pet friendly. This hotel is nowhere near LGA in the way an airport hotel should be. Room had a kitchenette, but no utensils, pots/pans, glassware or plates,rendering it useless. No automatic doors on entry so if you’ve got bags, a purse and a dog, be ready to deal with opening heavy doors manually. If you’re in a wheelchair, you’re screwed.
