Nice hotel friendly people. My experience was positive. A little far from New York Historical places and main site seeings.

Clean hotel. One bus to the subway. Hotel was clean, the bed was very comfortable. You can walk to the grocery store. There is a bus stop down the road that will take you right into Manhattan.

Great place This is my 2nd to.e staying here ,great location lots of stores close by ,clean nice rooms comfortable beds lots of space in the rooms and near both ny airports

Nice overnight stay We enjoyed it it because we got coffee and tea on request even after no availability chance.

could of been better it was ok but kinda noisy at times also I for such a big place they should at least a Continental breakfast, grab and go sucked

Not as advertised Clean spacious room and pet friendly. This hotel is nowhere near LGA in the way an airport hotel should be. Room had a kitchenette, but no utensils, pots/pans, glassware or plates,rendering it useless. No automatic doors on entry so if you’ve got bags, a purse and a dog, be ready to deal with opening heavy doors manually. If you’re in a wheelchair, you’re screwed.
