Good Good place clean beautiful the only thing is smell smoke

One night We had a one night stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the hallway was clean, the bathroom was clean. I was overall very happy with the condition in which I stayed and highly recommend this to anyone. 👍👍

Very clean and convenient. The overall experience was wonderful. The staff was nice.
Great location near LaGuardia and Shopping Center Staff was extremely accommodating when we arrived early due to cancelled flight. The hotel could use an updating however room was clean. Kitchen is customized meaning you need to "order" your items for use from the front desk. Other ESAs that I have stayed in are fully equipped when you walk in. Overall, hotel is a 3 star, staff and their customer service are what stand out.
