Perfect 1 Night Stay Family of 8 in 2 double rooms for just 1 night. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Courtesy late check out at noon instead of 11 was greatly appreciated. A lot of shops were just around the corner so that was also a great plus. The elevators smelled like cigarettes/marijuana at times but that's not the hotel's fault. Can't fault the hotel for the behavior of their guests. All in all, I'd stay here again.

Weekend stay The hotel entrance is right off the exit of the highway, difficult to get out especially during peak hours. It's about 10 min away from Flushing Chinatown, very convenient to get there. The room is clean, and staff is friendly (but seems like it's a one-man-show for night shift, you need to have patience if need assistance)

Perfect I booked 4 days thru Hotels.com and needed to extend 4 more. The hotel made that super easy and stressfree. The room is comfortable and quiet. Perfect place for business travel and will be my new go to. Having the laundry in the building was SUPER convenient. Extra special shout out for Angel at the front desk. This young man truly understands customer service and his love of his job and the hotel shines thru!

You get what you paid for, pay attn to details... There is no weekend staff support. Housekeeping not on-site on weekends. Was told later that the weekend person had resigned.

Bad shuttle services I was here since I lost my connection on LGA and I expended more than 1 and 1/2 hour to go to the hotel since first, I didn't have phone services and when finally I talk with someone they didn't have shuttle services at that time and I'll picked up a taxi. Second, It was bad for the taxi driver to find the hotel anyway it was on the expressway side. The problem was that the GPI sent the driver to another place. So, I recommend to be more focused shuttle services
