Staff was very friendly, room bed was extremely uncomfortable and the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke.

Worse than other hotels of a similar type Very sub-par. Most "extended stay" amenities were on an as-needed basis. This is not the case in other hotels of a similar type. There was only one hanger in the closet. There was no ice machine. No shampoo, only one small bar of soap. The person at the front desk was not rude but certainly not welcoming.
