Average all around I should not expect much from a stay hotel and only chose it for the price as other hotels in the area are on average twice as much. The woman at the counter was nice. Even checked with a follow up phone call to make sure nothing else was needed. It was a little odd that no shampoos or such was available. Only two bars of soap, but I have no hair so still no complaint. My two complaints were the strong cooking smell once I entered the room as a kitchen was included. Hotel was great, Housekeeping staff not so much The hotel was great. The woman at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. The room itself was comfortable. The only issue I had was with housekeeping. I went into the bathroom to take a shower and there was a rag left hanging over the shower from the previous person. The next morning as I was gathering my things to check-out all I could hear was the housekeeping staff talking very loudly in the halls and using profanity which I didn't appreciate. hotel is removing dishes, pans, etc from rooms?? Are you kidding me? We stay at this hotel because it has a kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, toaster....why would the company decide to remove these from the kitchens present in each room? If you know the secret, you can ask and get those things placed BACK in the room, but that makes no sense, is not good customer service, and only makes more work for your very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Excellent for The Traveler My wife and I came down to explore Delaware as possible retirement location. Hotel is in a commercial strip of office buildings...but only 30 second walk to street and other chain hotels. Lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby. Easy on and off to highway. Extended stay provides no room service, but we didn't need it on a weekend stay. We would stay here again.

Convenience Saw spiders crawling, but everything else was nice

Crisdtiana Extenede Stay A OK .. d Arrived early and I was accommodated. Had a fire alarm go off the morning we were checking out we were treated well as my wife was using her walker to evacuate they assisted us for a room at a later date as well a their sincere apologies. We will be back again and again. They have ALWAYS treated us well and I know they will continue. Always clean and comfortable. If it is not they will make it right , right away.
